Kennady Schneider is a photographic artist living and working in Los Angeles, CA. Her work is highly influenced by her experiences as an femme identifying person navigating through the sports entertainment industry. Exploitation, untold narratives, orality, performance and the tracing of history are all themes that Schneider explores through her works.
Schneider is a Critical Mass 2020 Top 50 finalist. Schneider's work has been exhibited by PH Gallery + Studio (NY), The Center for Fine Art Photography (Fort Collins Colorado), Modified Arts Gallery (Phoenix, AZ), The Joseph Gross and Lionel Rombach Gallery (Tucson AZ), and her series #Black is the 2018 series portraiture winner for the 12th annual Julia Margaret Cameron Award-- exhibited at the Gallery Valid Foto (Barcelona, Spain) in 2019.
